In May of 2008 when the real estate market in Las Vegas was in a serious downward turn, we decided to sell our house in Sun City Anthem of Henderson. We listed our property with Jim Marrs, and within a week, he brought a buyer and helped us negotiate the offer we wanted. Throughout the process, Jim was knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and very organized. He is a great communicator, and he kept us informed of everything that was going on in order to complete the sale. We were in Tennessee, and Jim mailed and faxed us all the necessary paperwork in a timely fashion. At closing Jim gave us an unbelievable notebook containing all the paperwork as well as a photo of the home we sold. It made it so easy for us when tax time came around last year, and we needed all the information to prepare our tax return. We have bought and sold lots of property in the past, but this transaction was the easiest and most professional of any that we have ever experienced. If he couldn’t answer the phone he always called me back the same day. He was very knowledgeable as my realtor.
